Deleting your access

If you no longer need an access to a managed resource, you can delete the access if you have been authorized to do so.

Before you begin

Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To get access to this task, or to have someone complete this task for you, contact your system administrator.

About this task

The system administrator can configure the system to enable some or no users the ability to delete access. If you need to delete an access and you are not authorized, contact your system administrator, who can delete the access for you.

To delete your access, complete these steps:

Procedure

  1. From the Identity Manager Home page, click Delete Access from the My Access page.
  2. On the Delete Access page, click the name of the access that you want to delete.
  3. On the Delete Access Confirmation page, verify that you want to delete the listed access, and then click Delete Access.
  4. On the Request Submitted page, verify your request.

Click the links on the Related tasks section to view your request, delete another access, or return to the Identity Manager Home page.
