Make sure your password meets the following criteria:
Your password must -
Be a minimum of 8 characters and no longer than 20 charactersContain at least one capital letterContain at least one lowercase letterContain at least one numeric character
Your password must not -
Duplicate a password used within the past six changesContain a sequential series of letters or numbers (e.g. abc or 123)Repeat the same character more than twiceContain any special charactersContain your user ID / usernameFor further information please refer to the Access Control section of the
