You can recertify roles, accounts and groups that are associated with a particular user. User recertification items are displayed in your activities list.
Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To get access to this task, or to have someone complete this task for you, contact your system administrator.
When you recertify the role, account or group, you are stating whether or not the user needs the role, account or group. Because of the relationship that exists between accounts and groups, an account recertification will affect all groups associated with the account.
If the recertification activity is assigned to a group of users to which you belong, and the activity is locked by another user, you can only view the activity.
