Completing a work order activity

You can complete work order activities that are displayed in your activities list.

Before you begin

Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To get access to this task, or to have someone complete this task for you, contact your system administrator.

About this task

If the work order activity is assigned to a group of users to which you belong, and the activity is locked by another user, you can only view the activity.

To complete a work order activity, complete these steps:

Procedure

  1. From the Identity Manager Home page, click Approve and Review Requests on the My Activities page.
  2. On the Approve and Review Requests page, click the name of the work order activity that you want to complete.
  3. On the Review Request page, select Successful to indicate successful completion of the work order, Warning to indicate that the main intent of the work order was successfully completed but other aspects were not successfully completed, or Failure to indicate the work order could not be successfully completed. Then type an explanation or justification in the Reviewer Comments field, and click OK.
  4. On the Response Submitted page, review that you have completed the activity. Click on the links on the Related Tasks section to review other requests or return to the Identity Manager Home page.
